Yamaha XJR1300 "Saigon"
Saigon is about endurance, strength, and character.
The name refers to the former capital of South Vietnam, a place associated with heat, sweat, smoke, and the struggle for survival. That’s exactly how we see this bike — heavy, masculine, and old-school.
This custom build is based on the Yamaha XJR1300 and created in the “only metal” style. All parts are made of aluminum with no plastic used. The motorcycle features a new KYB front fork from the Yamaha MT09 SP, a wheel from the Yamaha MT07 with brake discs, and a braking system and windscreen from the Yamaha R6. It also includes Motogadget components (indicators, mirrors), a SW-Motech luggage system, stock Öhlins rear shocks, and a SP Connect phone mount.
